Heidi has been riding side saddle for 25 years and has been an advanced instructor for 22 years.  She received her instruction from some of the best SS teachers in the world - Betty Skelton, Billette Mackie and Roger Philpot.  Heidi showed horses extensively in England to the top level and has ridden most disciplines aside.  She competed at the UK National Side Saddle Show at Addington Manor in the summer of 2008.  She has taught here in the US at Camp Leaping Horn and has been a very successful competitor at the annual Side Saddle at the USET Show in Gladstone, NJ  sponsored by the Liberty Side Saddle Network for several years.  She regularly hunted with Spring Valley Hounds prior to moving to California and has ridden with Los Altos Hounds.  She offers private and group lessons at all levels. She is currently a certified advanced side saddle instructor by the Side Saddle Association (UK) which qualifies her to train and examine instructor candidates.

Paul has been riding for over 15 years and met Heidi on an equestrian holiday in Peru.  He had been an active member of Spring Valley Hounds in New Jersey and had served as a Joint Master prior to relocation to Northern California where he has ridden with Los Altos Hounds.
